If you want to find the missing votes, look in the dumpsters behind the polling stations in Louisville and Lexington. I've got a lawyer buddy (He was a student at the time) who watched polls in inner city Birmingham back in the 2000 election, and came out with six pages of voting irregularities. The state Republican Party told him it happens every time, but Republicans always win by so much it doesn't matter so they don't bother reporting the violations.

Those numbers look like Republicans skipped the top of the ticket, not voting for governor at all. Remember, this Bevin guy was not liked. He's an east coast transplant who never fit in Kentucky and reports are he's an asshole.
