He didn't withdraw from Syria. He redeployed some troops, that were on the zone Turkish invaded, to other places in Syria. Since then, more troops arrived in Syria.
He never said he was withdrawing from Syria. The problem is that most people today either can't correctly interpret what they hear or read or don't want to, because they are biased.

Those who have joined, came from government officials, politicians, institutions, business owners, investors, and military and their family members. What is the goal?
