What does it matter if they owe? Will the IRS come knocking on his door? Did not think so; plus, banks make a killing during war, so good luck preventing banks from loaning money to Russia; and, just today, Chase confirmed Russia made its owed payment.

Who will prevent China from supplying and funding Russia?

Sanctions? Do it and China enters the war.

Besides that, most trades have been cutoff from Russia, so you actually think Vladimir Putin has to pay them back?

Makes zero sense, because, for one, he has you by the balls with oil, wheat, and natural resources, and, two, China will benefit from Russian trade and so will Russia.

That, but these sanctions will hurt the United States and Europe, causing an explosion in inflation and shortages just like what happened when the Chinese shutdown their country; and Russia is about to receive billions from the Joe Biden deal with Iran; and the United States is still spending billions for Russian oil.

Also, as a businessman and an investor, I assure you, debt is king, and only those who worry about debt are those who do not understand economics.
