Russia plans to deploy tear gas through bombs, which will, undoubtedly, leave Ukrainian forces ineffective in combat due to the obvious effects of tear gas.

I used and trained with tear gas extensively during my time in law enforcement, and experienced that shit in the Marines, and it is no joke, especially when you are facing an enemy with your exact capabilities.
