When believers die they go down into the earth, into Abraham's Bosom where they sleep and await the resurrection and judgment on the last day. That's where Mary is. Satan is the ruler of this world and the air. Mary, the mother of Jesus, is dead. She did not ascend to heaven, she died, and is awaiting her Savior, King and God Jesus. If she is seeing anything it is the power of Satan manifesting.

2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
