If our judicial system worked, yes, they should be punished. It's infested with leftists who subvert the "equal justice for all" concept & defend & protect other leftists no matter the fault.

What they do to people who reach large audiences is far worse; freezing bank accounts, cancelling credit cards, forcing them to lose jobs or business clients, banning them from all transaction-based websites, suing them into oblivion with specious lawsuits (after excommunicating them from the world of money). It's economic terrorism & soon it'll be mainstreamed to every conservative in the country (social credit system).
