Someone who is truly a decently good person does not need actual discipline because their goodness makes them well aware that people should be treated nicely when they are people who have consideration for other people and their goodness makes them well aware that people deserve to be treated in the way that they treat other people and that makes decently good people do what they know is fair for everyone, so if people need to be disciplined SO badly its because they are not a good person and therefor need to be taught to be a good person with tougher and tough discipline and actually tough discipline because they are not a good person with what they are, but tougher and tough discipline doesn't make them become a good person it just makes them afraid to be the bad person THEY ARE.
