George Carlin said it best. "It's a big club, and you ain't in it". Politicians say whatever they need to say to keep their fat paychecks. Congress members who make $175k a year magically end up as multi-millionaires. There are so many more Burisma/Hunter Biden scenarios than we will ever know. Do I have faith in ANY government entities? No.

My grandfather was born in the 1910's and used to talk about a coming revolution. He talked about it for 90 years and it never happened. I don't see it happening in my lifetime either. In this "hey, I've got mine... so screw the rest of you" culture we live in, ask yourself, and be honest, what would be the tipping point for you to actually take up arms, pitchforks, and/or torches and march on city hall? Short of a major disaster like a pandemic, loss of power for an extended period, food shortages, or natural disaster that turns brother against brother and forces us to fight for survival, we shall remain fat, dumb and happy. We are the proverbial frogs who sit happily in the pot while the water heats up and boils.
