Not that I necessarily agree with it, but age of consent is 17 in most states and 16 in some. He didn't do anything illegal in that sense, though highly immoral with cheating and all. I don't care to really read about the guy, but I'm assuming she was part of his staff? Also not good. That's why he was disbarred? The guy sounds like he's a POS being arrested that many times. Morally corrupt, like every other politician.
