Prosecutors accused him of having sex with Pride and said nude photos of her were found on his cellphone.

According to court documents, one text to a friend from Morrissey's cell phone read: 'Hey, buddy, I just [expletive] her on my conference table and again on the floor for good measure!'

Another text reportedly sent to Myrna stated: 'Did I mention how much I like touching your body… I think I’ve explored most of it but I need a few more hours to make sure!'

But the politician said the texts were the work of a hacker, and insisted he never slept with Myrna while she was underage.
