Teachers are not baby sitters

Although Russia is no longer a communist country, the school day in Russia lasts:
1) from the first to the fourth grade - from 08:00 to 13 ... 14:00 hours 5 days a week.
  2) from the fifth to the eleventh grade - from 8:00 to 14 ... 15:00 hours 6 days a week.
It is not uncommon, it happens that schoolchildren study on the second shift, this is from about 12 ... 14:00 hours to 17 ... 19: 00 hours.
In addition, schoolchildren do a lot of homework.

Dumb as shit. Our kids get home at 3:30 and go to bed by 8. Barely any time for family if they do sports or anything other then sit all day long being in an unhealthy classroom

That is a lot of Hours. It would only sense if those three hours include Dinner and doing homework so that when the children get home, they can spend quality time with their Parents.

How about creating factors that would enable parents to work less than 8 hours a day and survive?

At 6 o'clock the school buses start rolling then, causing huge traffic jams. Kids get home around 7. I sure hope they had dinner at school before they left which means no family dinner to discuss the days events. If not, they come home tired and hangry with about an hour before bedtime.
