The woman started the whole thing by utilizing racial slurs. She is not without fault.

However, nobody deserves what she endured.

What if the person/persons whom she attacked with racial slurs turned around and told her that they loved her? The woman clearly has issues and if people were WISE enough to see that..... they would cease taking slurs as personal. The woman was a reflection of herself.

This whole thing should have never happened.

Be WISE and if anyone throws racial slurs or insults you....TRY telling them that you Love them. Not sarcastically, but mean it!

Love diffuses most everything. Those attacked would feel good for never lowering themselves to any attack. If you MIRROR someone else's poor behavior, you are lowering yourself to their standards. Do not allow yourself to be in a negative energy state!

The color here doesn't matter, other than it is so often blacks behaving this way when everyone else seems to be able to act somewhat civilized. I'd have been just as angry (and the perp just as dead) if it were a white man slamming a black woman, or the cops feloniously assaulting anyone for that matter.

We have 2 now, but one is in three industrial park, so mostly white workers.

Elderly is maybe pushing it, but she is less than half his size and nearly twice his age. She's going through surgery for heaven's sake! Remember, not all 55 year olds are healthy. I know a lot of them who have serious diseases like arthritis, cancer, diabetes, heart disease...

Agreed! They are responsible for the people they hire. I'm guessing this dude probably has a record from the time he was 10. The fact that employees were fighting the next day just adds to the proof that this is a bad place. I'm guessing the franchise owner probably just lets the manager hire whomever, and pays them squat, so he gets what he deserves if he has to close down over this.
