Time Travel plays a big role in bringing fourth the new Messiah

He is a true system buster, those protecting the system and trying to keep us enslaved to this old world are using Time Travel to try and stop him, and also kill him before he ever rises. His life is in constant danger in the past, in the present, in the future. Thank God that the good guys also have Time Travel. No matter what they do, even using time travel they cannot change the timeline, the messiah is basically John Connor from the terminator movies to give an explanation why they are using Time Travel to try and kill/erase this new messiah.

There is a secret war going on behind the scenes, and it's happening because of the messiah. They can't stop him from creating a new world, a better world, and save humanity from those that have us enslaved.
