It will cost you. If it's a younger DR, they may have zero assets, so you would have to go for the insurance minimum and settle. Then good luck finding treatment again without a new SS#. Nobody will ever treat you again that can find out you sued.

I tried to sue the fertility company that made this fertility injection that I got sick from.

Not 1 lawyer would touch it with a 10 foot pole.

They would just keep referring me to another attorney.

it's not as easy as one would think, I considered after the hospital intentionally bled my hubs out and he ended up in ICU for days...the lawyers said (I contacted 2) as long as the hospital THOUGHT they were doing the right thing there was nothing I could do

after I had catarac surgery I looked at what I signed:

I essentially assume all risks involved with cataract surgery

take it or leave it they are covered.....
