Supreme Court allows Sandy Hook victims to sue Remington

I just did a search on GLP and no one has brought this up.

Obviously not the victims themselves but their families can now sue Remington. Who is next Sig sauer / Colt / S&W / Glock? Just another form of Gun Control in a different way.


A historic injustice on a manufacturer. Because, it was used by a mentally handicapped deranged individual.

So the maker of the Vehicle which plows into a crowd of people can now be sued? In addition to the driver. Clearly this is a direct comparison.

If someone throws boiling water at someone. Can they then go and sue the manufacturer of the pot? What about the stove manufacturer?

What kind of logic is this, Where is the common sense.

This sounds more like a cali-retard law than the Supreme court.
