The layout doesn't work well compared to other available options. A decade ago it was still clean and simple. Now it's old, outdated and cumbersome to use. Add in a political slant contrary to the user base and things could get ugly quick. I just get my news from different sources now. Drudge always felt like an old school fallback to check on, but it's always a tiresome hunt thru small text for a headline that you are interested in. It is not efficient. There is some eye strain. Drudge has had a longer life than it ever deserved, TBH. |
