I live in China most of the time, compared to many countries it is quite good.

In daily life you dont notice any "communism" at all.
Chinese people really dont care about it.

And... it is very safe. Never saw a car broken into in 16 years.
Some petty theft sure, but nothing really violent to be honest.

In the early years you could see the occasional lunatic stripping in the streets, running around screaming and naked. or some very poor students crying and begging for some money.

But the last 10 years those things have all but disappeared in the bigger cities.

In holland now for a few months but i feel notably less safe and i feel the constant breath of government, taxes, regulations etc again. This is not what i want, i have been away too long maybe but I feel much more relaxed in Asia than in the west. Safe, cheaper, less government hassles. Just enjoy life in a subtropical environment. Much better

see that's the problem with protests like this. They start over a serious problem, in this case, China wanting to extradite criminals to Beijing, and then external agitators come in (the 'deep state', NWO cabal) and make it about something completely different.

This is what could happen in the US, there is a spark and big protests, then some group comes in with unlimited amounts of money, and takes it over. Then they stop listening to the people and change the government and kill millions of people.

That's likely what may happen here.

The Hong Kong police and upper levels of government have already been largely infiltrated with Chinese sympathizers and Chinese troops pretending to be Hong Kong police. The Hong Kong people don't want them there at all. China sees covert infiltration into the ranks of government as the best way to slowly take over Hong Kong and re-establish Chinese rule/communism with the least amount of hassle and/or resistance from the population.

China doesn't even fully own Hong Kong. It used to be owned by the British until it became a semi-autonomous enclave with a limited democracy.
