What interests me on this topic. Is sometimes more than not people seem like programs to me. Not the outer suit. But the program inside. Like copies. Its hard to explain at the moment. Like there is a finite number and it is reused and not many can catch it.

There are lots of ways to know that we are in a simulation. Think about rain for a few minutes. Water weighs 8 pounds per gallon and a heavy rain storm that drops 3 inches of rain over a hundred square miles means that literally trillions of pounds of water had to of been floating before it rained down. It is quite possible that what you say is a reality, but 7 billion is still a small number compared to infinity.
