Since kids are forced (by law) to attend school for several hours every day, the authorites should at least provide these basic necessities....including free school meals as well, imo

The councils have paid out on so many of their staff retiring they don’t have enough money. Also it depends which political party the councils are run by. In wales mostly labour ( joe Biden) equivalence
