Saw some guy get shot three times in the chest at a bar in St. Croix USVI when he went after the owner with a meat cleaver. He ran about 50yds after collapsing and dying.

The slow motion murder of my sister by people who should have never been allowed to practice....

They could potentially repair that through surgery. So holding pressure wouldn’t stop it, but it could save some blood loss. Did Jesus die?

I worked at a maximum security prison for 30 years. I have seen a lot of fucked up shit. One time this guy decided he wanted to circumcise himself. He started slamming his penis between the the lid of his quarter inch steel footlocker. Blood everywhere,chunk of his penis hanging off. We brought him to the hospital and the doctor was impressed. The doctor cut the rest of the skin off and finished the circumcision. We brought the guy back to the prison. His ball sack started to fill with blood during the night. Brought the guy back to hospital and the doctor squeezed his blood filled nut sack. Blood just oozed out of his penis. The young transportation officer turned all white and almost passed out. haha. Good time good times. I could tell many more stories like this one. Ahhhh the memories.

After a New England Patriot football game I witnessed a drunk driver crash into 10 spectators from behind flipping them high into the air. As I walked by them, one man's knee's were broken with a compound fracture. Another person had what looked like brown oatmeal coming out of his mouth.

The drunk driver missed me by one foot. I looked directly into his eyes as he approached me and for some reason he changed his mind. He then swerved another loop and crashed into the people walking on the sidewalk from behind. They never even saw what hit them. Watching ten bodies fly up into the air was horrifying.

Many people committed suicide on the railroad tracks. My grandmother lived 30 feet from the tracks. One day in 1972 lots of cops and ambulance's were at the tracks. As I looked over an EMT guy had a human leg in his hand wrapped in some sort of floor mat or something. They were gathering all the pieces up of this lady who I later found out was Mrs Kitchen. Funny how I still remember her name. I did not know her.

Someone mentioned the smell of blood, Yeah This one prisoner slit his wrists the right way. There was blood all over the wall and floor of the prison cell. Smells like copper pennies.The blood looked like chucks of red jello on the floor. The sound of the sticky blood when you walk through it.

Watching my ugly girlfriend Brenda remove caked on makeup from her face, in the bathroom mirror, using Noxzema cream while I danced in the hallway having to take an emergency shit.

I was skateboarding at the local federal courthouse. It was a six stair ledge. I caught my back truck and was going fast and flew through the air and landed on top of my left wrist. It was visibly destroyed. I was in shock and screaming so loud the people from the apartment building across the street were telling us directions to the hospital. I shattered my scaphoid. I had major surgery and got 4 pins and two screws I walk with to this day.

Saw someone break their leg wrestling. Not very graphic but the yelling in agony was more disturbing.

Driving on a back road there was an overturned car with its roof partially crushed in, in the road about 15 feet away from the car was driver's left arm that got amputated during the rollover. The driver was dead inside the car. The cop that had just arrived on scene was directing traffic, poor guy looked like he was going to be sick. You could tell by his face that he had never seen anything like that before.

nurse couldn't find vessel for iv as teen- that hurt! took several tries back in 80s

broke wrist blocking 6'6" friend(i'm 5'11") bball slid down the giant right onto asphalt...

few fights defending self- tendons/ligaments in hands busted- they won't do surgery- so pain useless daily

busted toe between big/next toe swollen for months; knee sprained during healing- walked funny quite awhile- took icy mornings just b4 sunrise outside on concrete to finally heal

teeth pain hurts- dry socket is a biatch- shakes and twinkies to eat is nice for a couple days though

cut eye- infection worst pain ever- swelled shut had to cover head w/toboggan and have buddy drive and walk me into hospital at night they led me to dark room for dr to open it and apply pain relief and start treatment of infection - any and all light hurts when this happens! still hurts w/darkness but not as bad...

few car wrecks- i don't like to drive much anymore

couple surgeries- open wound healing on 3- it sucks having 13inch x 2inch x 2inch wound and looking in mirror to change your bandages- they only give you one week of good pain pills then you fucked if you don't have connection for more...1st 2 week healing even with is almost as painful as the eye injury which was only a few hours...imagine wound nurses not able to take bandages off right and it's dried to sides of wound....hope you never have this- only my dr, brother and one of 3 home nurses could do right- including wound vac- don't use them they heal too fast and close over easy reinfecting you- drink vodka if you get tunneling in end- that with insulin heals you in a week- 2 bottles finished last healing after 3rd surgery...i recommend caramel vodka and dt. dew...

poking fingers testing blood sugar if you're in hospital every few hrs makes you want to kill nurses...

taking shots all time sux- hurts if you hit muscle

had few things happen i won't talk about...

watching family die from accidents/illness sux ass

saw sister wreck her bike split chin- that was awful(kids then) she also wrecked on crooked sidewalk skating-

saw bff hit brick road getting knocked out by neighbor he fought - that was bad blood everywhere

saw man get cut by small statue- split cheek blood everywhere

almost saw cousin cut his head off by sander type blade- flew off - both our lives flashed b4 eyes yikes!

think that bout covers it although i'm sure i'm forgetting some things

Awesome! I broke my back and walked home...I was 25' in a tree and was thrown across the yard, when a rotten branch of the giant Oak I was in snapped and hit me like a falling bus...the doc showed me where I had cracked a vertebrae and healed...yeah I went to the doctor like a year later...

I had a staph infection from brain surgery. It was pretty gross.

I witnessed a murder, or rather it's immediate aftermath.

It was in San Francisco in 1987; I was living on the edge of the infamous Tenderloin district and was looking out my second-floor window one Sunday afternoon listening to some disco when I heard a loud BANG! from the 4-story apartment building across the street. Immediately a man came flying backward out a top-story window and landed face down in the gutter below, just missing a car parked nearby. Blood pooled very fast all around him.

An SFPD SWAT team arrived within what seemed like only a couple of minutes and swarmed the street and building - the Captain directing the scene right under my window. My building was placed on lockdown so there was nowhere to go except to just watch. And, I did. The atmosphere was really intense because those guys were NOT fooling around and you got the idea that one false move would be your last. That Captain looked up and yelled at me to "turn that fucking music down!" - needless to say, it was!

They moved very quickly and fanned out in all directions. The sidewalk was roped off and the body photographed. I saw SWAT members up on the roof across the intersection looking down as they searched, and suddenly a bunch of them on the ground moved further up the block.

Within 1/2 hour, most of the cops had vanished and the Coroner's van had arrived to cart the body away; a few minutes later the the SF Fire Department arrived and hosed the blood off the sidewalk and gutter as the last couple of cops mingled around. Within an hour even the crime scene tape was gone and you'd never have known anything had happened. It all went down that fast.


My landlords owned the building where the murder took place and later that afternoon I got the rest of the story. The victim got into an argument over a woman and was shotgunned in the chest as he stood in a hallway in front of the top-floor window. The killer made his way to the roof to escape, using the shotgun to try to brace the roof door before he fled by jumping from one building to another just like you see in the movies. The cops found him hiding three buldings up the street where he surrendered.

I never did find out if he ended up across the bay in San Quentin, but I presume he eventually did.

After that, I always called the building across the street "Murder Manor".

I was first to stop at a motorcycle accident once. Guy was wheelieing and hit the rumble strips, apparently. He went down into the guardrail and as I approached him, I walked by his leg from just below the knee.

I will never forget that sight. A human leg, all by itself, foot had a sock on it but no shoe, leg had light brown hair... this guy had that attached that morning. He showered, washed it... then dressed it with a sock and sneaker not knowing it would be sitting on the highway ripped from his body that afternoon.

That fucked me up good for a long time. I sold my bike that summer and didnt ride again for a couple years. Just writing this is making me tear up from the emotions I had for this fellow human being. So aweful.

As for myself, double compound fracture at eight years old from falling on to stairs from ten feet. I backed myself up the stairs and reached up for the ceiling overhang in our house (2nd flood was unfinished), then swung off the 2nd floor ceiling and would let go and land on the qst floor. This time I added an extra step to by backward momentum and swung too far causing me to lose my grip and fall directly onto the last step beneath me. My left arm landed on the step, my bodies momentum snapped my bone and drove it through the skin on both sides. Good times

According to some of the threads I've read previously here on GLP: Medical professionals keep a person's body alive while they harvest their organs. They declare the person "brain dead" and inject the person with paralytics, so that the person cannot move while their organs are being harvested. They do not give the person anesthesia or pain blockers while their organs are being harvested. Tears stream down some people's cheeks while their organs are being harvested.

You aren't selfish at all for not agreeing to donate your organs. Not only might they not try to save your life, they might keep you alive while they strip your body of parts like a thief strips a car.

12 years old in 1965...Saw a guy crossing a double set of railroad tracks behind a train already in the station. The gates were down. As he passed behind the last car as it passed him, he stepped onto to the other set of tracks and got splattered all over the place by an express commuter train heading the opposite direction. Body parts were spread a half mile down the tracks.

And this is why I’m not a organ donor, nobody wants them anyway after what I’ve done to them.

Upper lip split in half with a brick, Michael J Fox surgeon stitched me up. Watched a murder bang bang to the chest. Walked into the bar on the corner and had a drink, hoping the homies didn’t see that I saw, still here...

Saw a couple of awful traffic accidents.

Last summer, on the cross island pkwy in Queens...donor cycle rider hits median ..flies into oncoming traffic..goes head first into a Bentley, splits himself into 4 pieces which were resting in the middle of the road. Told family to close their eyes as we passed. Nearly puked.

Years ago saw a Harley rider get broadsided by a Cadillac. Leg hanging on by threads...intestines spilling into street...will never forget the screams.

Personally breaking my nose was hell, years of sinus infections after and trouble breathing through my nose have followed the initial break.

Getting bit by that tick that carried Lyme, devastating.

Causing much more damage, pain and hardship than that accident I had that broke my leg in two. But that was gross, lol.

The headache last night felt like it was going to kill me.
probably have like 100 of those a year among other numerous ailments.

Gets worse every year.
Trying to get all my affairs in order so when I off myself it will lessen the logistical burden on family that will have to clean up estate after my passing.

Other than that life's a hoot!

My worst injury was back in September. Step into shower (hotel) and close glass shower door. It came off the track and part of it fell into the tub. Cannot get out. Lift the glass door to see I can get it back on the track, and it shatters. More like it exploded! I have lacerations all over me, but a severe one on the top of my wrist that is spurting out blood. Get to an ER where they sew up the laceration and pick glass out of me. Turns out there was still glass in my wrist, and lacerated tendons.
