He's right, sanctions created distrust from countries that couldn't be trusted in the first place. And yes, that's weaponizing trust (and safety, and intel and financial security).

Asymmetrical warfare is played differently than Rules of War. Risks are greater. The US isn't making the dollar a weapon, other countries are with their inability to manage their populations and governments.

No one is even taking it seriously anymore! The US is continuing to expand government at a breathtaking pace. We are close to 200 trillion in debt to unfunded liabilities , etc. We soon will not be able to manage the interest payments. After printing our way out of a depression in 2008 we have just kept going and going. This will be sudden and the result of this crash will be very bad. No more checks to "we the people" . No more hand outs...people will just panic when the gravy train stops.
