Saw one bit of political intrigue, the house will move to impeach on December 23rd. After this is goes to trial in the senate. Mitch McConnell can hold sessions 6 days a week for months. This means senators Sanders and Warren will be taken away from their political campaigns during the earlier stages of the primaries. It was stated the Pelosi wants a more centrist to win the primaries and impeachment was a way to hobble the Front Running Lefty senators.

Based on the last 2 governor elections it looks like they know what they're doing. I don't believe it's a clean race, but the only thing that matters is who wins, not who cheats or plays fair. Trump was asleep at the wheel on election fraud and it's probably going to lose him then election and the Senate.

The Republicans need to win back a majority in the House in 2020. Losing it in 2018 is the reason for all the impeachment problems and the delay of getting needed new legislation passed.
