If it hits 30k a can of pop and candy bar will hit $3.00. If it hits 35000 then a can of pop or candy bar will cost $3.50. Seems like an odd thing but it's always held true. No stopping this train. MMT is NOW..not the future. It's RIGHT NOW. Deflationary collapse is still years away. Buy all the things. Everything is bullish. I said BULLISH. Best, Zazz The thing about this is that no stocks can be purchased without a broker holding my money. My experience with brokers is that they like to hold my money and when I want my money they hesitate to give it back to me. Because their buying power is greater with my money, not because they have my best interest in mind. The time period in which I could ride the bull and get my money doesn't allow enough freedom for me to avoid an unrecoverable 1929 collapse. Further, the 4%-10% isn't worth it to me for someone to hold my money. Of course there are TD Ameritrade places that are $10 a trade but finding something that Saudi isn't manipulating is nearly impossible. Nothing is safe. Nothing is guarantees, except what I can have access to on my terms. |

If it gets to 30,000 by years end that would be a Bonus...If we get a 20% Correction at 30k it takes it back down to 24,000...someone said it could go to 0...anything is possible, but that sounds very improbable... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75716984 It needs to stay steady or you're going to get hyperinflation...or a giant collapse, also bad in case you lame brains don't know. DOW used to be an indicator. No longer. Now we have to consider Civil Unrest (Hong Kong, Bolivia, UK/France, Iran, Iraq, Gaza) and the purpose behind those. They burned the banks in Iran yesterday, to the ground. Not an indication that I need to be investing somewhere that is up and down. Jobs used to be an indicator. No longer. People can have jobs and be entirely in debt, buying houses and other unaffordable things, no equity. US Debt is an indicator. 72 Trillion? How did we acquire that much debt, no real answers for me to make a decision on jumping into the DOW. Zazz sounds like he's trying to make a prediction off the cuff. |
