So...using your formula, and the DOW being a little over 28K right now, then that would mean a can of soda, or a candy bar, would now cost $2.80 (which it doesn't....no where even close to $2.80) 12-packs of soda cost $3.75 (32 cents per can) and a large size candy bar cost ~ $0.75 - $1.00. If you shop at the Dollar Store then you probably don't have a huge investment in the Stock Market anyway. |
