Look at it like this! your paying to die! it does not even get you high ? wtf is the point of smoking a cig? people who smoke cigs are weak losers who need something to cope with a crutch! just imagine if you could completely clean all that fat out o your arteries, it's not just smoking that does that, eating a lot of fat obviously does it too just try going a whole day without eating ANY fat, see how you feel. meat is high in protein but it's also full of sticky fat/saturated fat. saturated fat is harder to absorb so it stays in your blood, vegetable fats absorb right into the cells through the cell walls. just get some low viscosity vegetable fat and run it on your skin. look how it absorbs right into your skin. it's absorbing right into the cells. then run some beef fat on your skin. that's what it does in your arteries, too. Saturated fats are very healthy, and do not clog-up arteries like that. Processed carbs will fuck you up, though. Those, and vegetable fats, cause inflammation of the arterial walls, which the body fights by depositing cholesterol in an effort to repair the damage. |
