No other food you could eat will give you enough b12.

Which means meat eating is necessary for humans.

Vegans are so mentally deranged because first, they are in a crazy cult, next and most importantly, they do not get enough vitamin b12, so their brain does not function properly.

Lack of vitamin b12 can cause irreversible nerve damage, and this includes damaging your brain.

Highly prone to anemia. I have to eat meat to stay alive. Unfortunately there’s not enough beans or spinach in the world to keep my anemia levels normal. I know I tried.

some people cannot be vegan because their meat suits do not manufacture sufficient Cholesterol.. I am one of those and must eat 2 to 3 eggs a day.. I do not eat meat . I consume because I enjoy it a bit of yogurt.

Only if they can't produce cholesterol .... it is essential to life. there is genetic change gradually coming and lots of people who have high cholesterol are making more than enough and cannot process the excess in diet.

My sister and I do not agree

She likes coffee and I like tea .

Unfortunately supplements aren't enough. Again I tried. I have to take iron supplements AND eat meat. Basically when I get symptoms of pica where I want to eat dry wall or fuzz, it means my iron levels are in anemia territory and I'll cave and eat red meat. I basically follow the Mediterranean diet minus the dairy since it's my ancestry and I'm doing well.
