1. The human body needs 91 various vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and amino acids.

2. In farming in the USA, farmers are no longer putting wood ash back into the soil to replenish the nutrients in the soil.
In fact, farming in the USA puts only the 3 vitamins back into the soil because they are what make the plant look lush, but it remains vastly less nutritious than say 60 years ago.

3. Vegetarianism and Veganism are heavily linked to depression since the brain is not getting the fats that the brain runs on. Low fat diets are doing people a disservice in that it can weaken the brain over long periods of consumption.

Veganism might be "nicer" to animals in the USA, but in the long term, without heavy vitamin supplements can hurt the health and brain power of those that follow it.

By no means am I supporting any killing of an animal that is not intended to be eaten and I am definitely for a quick death with minimal suffering involved, but I will continue to eat meat and poultry because I know the nutritional problems of Veganism.

Cow manure from farting cows. When I eat a steak, a burger, a roasted chicken, I know what's in it, while most vegans can't even pronounce half the ingredients in their highly processed vegan foods.

I have omnivore teeth, so I know I am an omnivore that evolved eating both meat and vegetables. I use leather instead of synthetic shoes because it's more durable and doesn't harm the environment. I'd rather wear real fur from an animal bred for its fur than synthetic fake fur made from petroleum products.
