Same for any place where open carry is allowed. you must live in a cave. Walmart said they will not allow guns on their premises and you will be asked to leave if you are caught with one. Failure to leave will result in trespassing charges. Walmart did not say you could not carry in their store. They ask people to please not carry. Even in states where the store has the right to stop you, they have to post a sign. I haven't seen any sign in a Walmart anywhere. I've only been in Wally World in four states since their announcement, but I have yet to see any sign. In Nebraska a Walmart employee stopped me when see saw the gun. She wanted to know what it was and if I thought it was a good carry piece. She also commented on my 2nd amendment tee-shirt. Correct, I live very near the Duncan, Oklahoma store. Wal-Mart does not have No-Guns posted on their doors, although they prefer you not carry in their stores, if they ask you to leave because you are carrying a firearm you have to leave the premises immediately. Otherwise you can be charged for trespassing. The incident in Duncan was a domestic carried out, in the parking lot and not inside the Store. My local Wal-Mart store does not have the No Firearms signs. I carry and have never been ask to leave, for any reason.
