I admit I prefer conservative/rightwing judges and decisionmaking. I don't make any bones about that. I'd say otherwise if brazenly slimy judicial/legal decisions, from the Jussie-Smollett-type cases to the Obamacare-isn't-a-tax rulings were largely rightwing phenomenon.
