Such bs. For months it has been nothing but leonids personids leomids orionids etc. The milky way has encountered the cloud predicted since the 90s and turns out the cloud has a lot of incoming space rocks

Yes mam straight away! Thanks for the heads up, im in one of the most optimal places to see it, now that the snow has stopped we got a foot of the white powder up here, but the stars are out bright tonight.

We will attempt to live stream a meteor camera tonight for the predicted outburst of the Monocerotids meteor shower. Based on the weather, and when and where the outburst will be visible, we only have one potential station that could catch. If it is cloudy there, we will have to cancel the stream. Current forecast is partly cloudy, but we have our fingers crossed.

I got all dressed up and ready because it is cold for here and it clouded over. Post photo's if anyone gets any. I'm going to watch JFK in commemoration of the anniversary tomorrow instead.

This thing may be a bust. People on the chats are reporting seeing just a few but nothing like the storm they predicted.
