What we're seeing with Sondland is a just another career bureaucrat/NEOcon who doesn't like that Trump is mixing things up and actually asking for these assholes to justify and audit where all that U.S. tax payer funded aid is ending up.

A few weeks ago, Ron Johnson claimed that perhaps one of the reasons OMB withheld the aid was because Mulvaney is a fiscal hawk.
