been working with a guy who claims he was born off world!

about a year a go a new guy turned up at our company and I thought there was something odd about him then.
He turned up on the first day in clothes that didn't fit as in far too big but he had rolled up the sleeves and trousers. But within the first week he had redesigned some legacy software and it was way beyond anything I had seen or thought possible in that time.
I worked with him for about 6 months and he now runs the show.
It appears he has no friends or family and about 3 months ago he told me that he was born off world!
I actually thought he is maybe schizophrenic or autistic but some of the stuff he tells me is mind boggling!

Too much for one post! But one thing he keeps saying is our science is way off and maxwell was on the right path until the Heaviside modifications?
He has other huge claims but I thought this might be testable but alas I do not understand maxwells original equations suffice too admit there appears to be an aether and that's the bit Heaviside removed (due to Einsteins "theory" of relativity)

Oh and finally for now he claims he was sent here as punishment but will return soon. Also he said the humans from where he is from live for around 1200 years?
