The pH levels of the affected parts of the body i.e. gastrointestinal systems are why diet will affect health. When the food is burned for fuel in the body, it either leaves an alkaline or acidic ash. This is how we have control over our health. Mind you, thoughts can trigger releases of chemicals that are harmful as well. Dr. Sebi proved to the Supreme Court that there is evidence for diet curing a huge number of disease.
