There seems to be plenty of history that talks about the energy field.

Qigong, Chi, the I-ching. I think these are the fastest ways to learn about the topic. They know what they are talking about IMO.

I guess the first thing to talk about is that there is an energy field around you. It looks like a torus and encircles your entire body.

This energy field spins.
It actually spins in both directions, but there is a spin direction that is related to the earths magnetic field.

Everything has this same configuration.
Everything is surrounded by a torus of energy.

Whatever the most massive thing around you is, connects one of it's magnetic field lines through the center of your torus. So you end up with this nested toruses.
One spins one way and one spins the other.
It is this counter rotation that is gravity.
This is not a fully developed theory, just the way I see it.
Gravity is electric.
So something like quantum loop gravity might be a good answer to how that works, but that is a different topic.

Inside the body we have the chakras.
These are energy points, but eventually all that wiring goes to the brain.

The chakras are color coded to light.
Spread out like a prism, the farther from the brain, the longer the wavelength. So the lower chakra is red, and the crown chakra is violet. There is actually an 8th chakra above the head that us ultraviolet, and thus the name. There are even more than that, but let's leave it to 8 for now.

And because all this wiring goes to the brain, lets compress all this down to a multilayered torus around the head. I think the E8 fit this description nicely and explains the entire universe of perception nicely.

Again, maybe a bit off topic, but it is all related at some point.

Within this system that I have described there is a creation framework that deals with how the energy flows.

Like I said, the energy actually flows both directions.
There is always a positive and a negative flow of energy, but it depends on point of view and perception. What you want to talk about.

Let's just say for now the energy flows from right to left. So in the right eye you have blue light, the left eye you have red light, where they meet in the center is green. Combine all those colors you get violet.
The green center point is like the present.
The red is the near past.
The blue is the slight future.
So as it spins, the blue spins towards the center and becomes the red.

So from a creator viewpoint, you put images in right side then is spins to become the present.

More off topic a bit.
I'm tired and it is all connected anyway.

Moving on.
Let me tell you what I actually can feel.

There are vortexes that come out of your palms and fingers.
Your body is polarized bi-symmetrically.
It you touch two fingers together on one hand, the energy comes out the other hand.

So if you touch your pointer finger and thumb together, that frequency comes out the other palm.
I have some images I can dig up later that shows what each finger means. There is lots of reference to this in Egyptian and Hebrew text. But think of your body as an instrument. It is a light instrument. It sends and receives light. Keep in mind that radio waves are light waves too. They are just at a different frequency. They have a longer wave length than visible light.

Oh and another thing, everything is already traveling at the speed of light. The speed is just split between multiple vectors and nothing can stand still.

Spin is important.
Everything is spin, but that is a long story.

Let's talk about how to interact with your magnetic field.

The left side takes energy in.
The right side sends energy out.
They can both do both.
Let me explain.

If you spin clockwise, or to the right, this is pulling energy in. So if you want to pull energy in and send it to the earth, you spin right with your left hand open and your right hand on your right leg.

In the same hand configuration but spinning left, you are taking energy from the earth and sending it out.

It's like the right hand is the creation hand and the left hand is... I don't know. It pulls energy. It pushes energy depending on how you spin.

If you switch hands and put your left hand on your leg and right hand open and spin to the right. This is how you create something. You have the idea image on your right side which is blue. You breathe in and hold your breath. Then when you exhale this is the point of creation. It sets the torus in motion.

Right hand open spinning left is I don't know.
All kinds of screwed up.
It like taking in light or source.

Both hands on both legs changes your configuration to three points. Your head becomes the transmitter. The beam shoots out of your head and not your palms. Turning right takes energy in and turning left sends it out.

Working with both hands you can manipulate the field some. It's like frame dragging. You can grab the spinning torus and spin it each direction. To the left makes time go faster to the right runs it backwards. Plus you have all the different notes on all your different fingers.

You can also supercharge your energy field with both hands open one pointing forward and one backwards.

Standing next to, or on metal objects will change your frequency. How you are grounded to the earth changes your frequency. Rocks, rings, items on your body change your frequency.

That is probably more info than most of you want or will be able to feel starting out, but keep it in mind.

It you start to get too much energy from your environment, remember what I said. Ground it to earth.
Left hand open. Right hand on your leg. Think of Alanis Morissette. Have one hand in your pocket while the other smokes a cigarette. Spin clockwise and send your extra energy to the earth.

Most important is don't forget to breathe.
The energy is linked with emotion.
It is deep down inside you.
You need to pull the energy through those chakras. So breathe in nice and deep and pull from your red lower chakra to the top of your head.
Breathe out and push it back down.

Learn some tai chi or yoga or something like that.
It will help you in many ways.

When I say spin right and left it may be hard to picture if you can't feel it at first, but the magnetic pull of the earth is strong (most of the time) and you can feel it.

It is a bit like spinning your hips to hula hoop, but a lot slower.

It's like relax your body.
Slowly let yourself fall forward, but keep your back straight. Before you fall and get off balance shift your weight in one direction slowly. Then shift towards the back. So you end up making small circles.

Eventually you can feel the pull of the earth.
Or try falling forward and pull back then fall forward and pull back. Making as little movement as possible.

Once you feel it you know how fast the spin of the earth is. You can spin with or against it. You pull against it to supercharge your energy field.

You can also attach and pull on other things.
The sun is the easiest to jump your energy field to, but you can do it with the moon and planets too.
