Well, if you get a hold on the anime Akira, you will come to the conclusion that the character Tetsuo somehow got a hold on an Osiris-like device allowing him telepathy, telekinesis and many more after being test subjected by the government. In the end, it went wrong from some perspective. Maybe that's why many status quo have been locked up on some mysteries of life because they are too dangerous....but personally, I don't care.
