What is this christ(os) oil?

But I watched some youtube videos on it. Not all of it. I have to warm up to the idea of what they are saying. And who those people are. It's very interesting, but I'm not vouching for the work on the subject. Buddhists talk about it. Also heard knowledge of it in traditional ceremony circles. Yes, travels up the spine, generated by Chi. Something, something pineal.  The short of it. Don't play with yourself for 30 days. You could if you calculated the date. In stead of wasting your seed of life it travels back up your spine and back into your brain. Where you get +5 of healing for 30 days I guess.
