as far as kundalini meditation and abstinence of sex:

'trying' to open you kundalini will only start a war within yourself. The kundalini dissolves away while walking the true path. It is the serpent. To try and 'use' kundalini power is clearly understood as the 'dark path' of power.

Sex energy does transmute to a higher level if allowed to do so. Understanding how to do this is not easy. Simple abstinence will NOT work. Again, to 'try' and use sex energy is dark.

Nirvana is a state where living every day is better than a constant orgasm. The desire for sex goes away because it is a 'step down' from Nirvana. All of this happens when you walk out of your jungle. Our negative thoughts ...ALL of them...create negative bonds with negative parasites and they then become a part of us. We do this from birth. Some bonds can be broken by hard exercise, fasting,and cleanses. The strongest bonds can only be broken by the correct meditation and becoming more and more aware of the bonds within and then LETTING THEM GO BY CHOICE. It isn't easy letting go of what you have created.

Then you have the ark. Etinarcadiaego. It's a greek/latin mix and all the symbols for it are DEATH. Not death of you, but death of THEM.
