In chinese medicine there are at least 3 defined types of Chi (prana, orgone, etc.).
This is one that is usually depleted quite early and does not naturally re charge from eating and such.
There is a constant connection that derives its energy from this particular type of Chi - that growth of the body taps into.
Some gather it through prana exercises.
Key is all chakras open, balanced and receiving.
