The secret ingredient is glycerine.

It is used in mixtures for blowing bubbles - dish soap and glycerine and water.
The glycerine makes the bubble membrane stronger to create bigger bubbles. You can see how thick and syrupy it is when he pours it in. It isn't acid or peroxide.

Fun starts at around the 3:45 second mark. And yes the secret ingredient is Hydrogen Peroxide.

One of the most amazing (but dangerous) experiments is vodka added to a vodka glass of nitric acid. It requires a precise concentration of each... which, unfortunately, I do not know.

Peroxide has he consistency and viscosity of water The stuff in the video is thick and syrupy. It is glycerine.

In the original video, the liquid is not thick or soapy looking. Mind you, glycerin does seem like a bonus, along with the dish soap.

I don't think it's hydrogen peroxide in the OP video, because in the hydrogen peroxide rainbow colors video all the bubbles fall to the ground because they are heavier than air. The OP's video is a lighter than air setup because the bubble clusters float away.
