That is not who was sent to populate Australia. The worst of the worst were sent there, they emptied the prisons and asylums and shipped them there. Yes a few innocent people likely got caught up in it, but by far Australians are descendant from madness and mayhem, that's how their nation was formed, like so many other things in this reality via conflict and chaos.
