Quick question about Bloomberg and max campaign contributions.
I am not incredibly educated on super pacs and personal donations to campaigns.

I was curious if there is any way Michael Bloomberg (or anyone) can legally contribute millions of dollars to run anti trump ads, besides just running for president?
