Quickest fix for a pinched shoulder/neck nerve?

The only thing I've found that actually helps me in that situation is cannabis, then the hottest shower I can stand with the water blasting on the area until it starts to kick in, then an ice pack on the area.

If not done exactly like that, in that order, it never helps me. Nothing else ever seems to help either. I've even taken huge doses of prescription opiods, combined with muscle relaxers, with lydocane patches all over the area....nothing else worked but cannabis and the hot/cold.

Well, I *do* have some stale gummies somewhere...don't really care much for them or the feeling though. But the hot/cold shock might be of value, need to shower anyway.

Yes! I was in so much pain a month ago and nothing was helping. I did 3 lb hand weights...I felt something go back into place. I was about ready to go to the chiropractor but don’t like to do that. I haven’t been there in several years. I literally felt something crunch back into place and felt relief. The pinched nerve pain happens to me when my wing bone hurts. Good luck OP.

This is correct...Cannabis really works. I recently had a major pinch in my neck that was keeping me from working. I took about ten droppers of my cannabis tincture and it was gone the next day.

Chiropractor. I see one occasionally, really helps relieve the pressure.

For short term pain relief, put the hand of your affected shoulder/side of neck on top of your head. It looks a little strange but it does help the pain some, at least it did for me when I couldn't find a comfortable position.
