Prove angle of incidence? Are you on crack? It is a known fact. Put a panel perpendicular to an energy source and it receives more than if at an angle. Sorry you never paid attention to the world.

Ok it will work during the day as well, provided you are at a high enough altitude. I've done the trigonometry for the Moon myself. Still worked. You just have to measure the angle in the sky at the same time as another separated observer and do the math. Still works.
And the burden of proof that the RADAR doesn't work is on you.
show me one trigonometry formula and your "known" values. Also the burden of proof is on me? So by your logic any woman who claims to have been raped is right by default, it's up to those who say she wasn't raped to prove it?
