I feel bad for most very elderly ladies, the ones I treat with exception of about a dozen are very very angry people. Spiteful, gossip smothered, manipulative, pushy, self important, posessive types. I know a handful that are very graceful in their 80s and 90s with the dispositions of angels. The others are mean to the mailman, mean to their doctors, mean to their neighbors, mean to their living children. Something about approaching death is awful for the psyche of some. I pray I go out as a sweet lovely old man, if not a battle hardened paladin the Emperor would suffice.
