Well, this helped me to understand some things about myself that I was't really getting. It helped me to understand a lot about other people in my life too. And I have watched it help others.

No "anything you mentioned above" has ALL the answer. But there are some really great hints.

AND - you would be surprised how many you can find in the most mundane things if you really look and listen.

YES go within to learn. Compartmentalization never helped anyone.

Also - when you go within to ask, be ready to receive from outside.
