The toppings, sauce, and cheese are authentic Italian but the Thin Crust is very hard and dry. [link to i5.walmartimages.com (secure)]

It's really inexpensive to make that type of pizza crust from scratch, the thin and hard type of pizza crust does not require rising.

that crust is ass, Red Baron has the best pepperoni in the frozen pizza game tho. The roni curls up like a cup and lets the flavors overflow out of tiny grease volcanoes.

Cant get much cheaper than a $3.50 pizza. The Classic Crust is the same price and still has all the Italian ingredients.

Buy frozen bread dough if you don't want to do all that chef shit. After it defrosts (couple hours on the counter or all nite in the fridge) cut 'em half or make one big one.

Or buy those crispy crust French bread (whole loaves, not sliced) in the bakery department. Slice them in half so you have the top half & bottom half. Then put your sauce & toppings on & put in the oven at 350 til the cheese melts. SO GOOD.

Crispy Chemicals is correct.
Next time you are on the pizza aisle, read some of the ingredients labels. Compare notes. Be horrified.

Pizza dough is flour, water, salt, yeast. What you find on the frozen pizza aisle is much, much more than those few ingredients. Read what the 'cheese' is made of, too.

Also alot of the frozen foods including pizzas contain Soy.

You get what you pay for in many cases, especially with convenience added in the mix.
