Pizza dough is flour, water, salt, yeast. What you find on the frozen pizza aisle is much, much more than those few ingredients. Read what the 'cheese' is made of, too. Also alot of the frozen foods including pizzas contain Soy. You get what you pay for in many cases, especially with convenience added in the mix. I personally try my best to cook my own food. Rarely eat out and completely avoid fast food.
