Mother Charged In Deaths Of Children Found Hanging In Basement Of Berks County Home

ALBANY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS/AP) – The mother of an 8-year-old boy and his 4-year-old sister found hanging in their Berks County home has been charged with their murder. Berks County prosecutors announced Lisa Snyder’s arrest Monday.

Snyder told authorities that she found Conner and Brinley Snyder in their Albany homes on Sept. 23.

Police have said the siblings were found hanging in the basement. Medical personnel revived the children, but they died three days later.
