Or it's just an actress. Lots of options to ponder. It's the teeth. The real Queen has sharp canine teeth. This person can't smile evidently because the dental appearance would have made it even more obvious. That's true. I've noticed that myself. I have sharp canines like that too, LOL, but I'm on a baby restricted diet.
