He's pathetic and it's even more pathetically lame he has the nerve to run with NYC in chaos and waste money. I had to leave 14 years ago; I doubt I'll ever be back. What drove me out was the dog poop and the garbage, number 1 reason. Second were the Police; it just got a bit much after 9/11 with cops in riot gear and more sniffing dogs everywhere to pee on stuff.
